They always welcome you with a smile and make sure you are being taken care of. The Baldwin family owns and operates the stores so you know they are going to do their utmost to take care of you. They are not pushy or too salesy, if you want something you have to tell them. My favorite sales rep is Nick Kuhlhorst. He used to be the service manager but decided to try his hand at sales. Consequently, he wont steer you wrong with types of vehicles. That's another thing, they have ALL KINDS of vehicles. Anything you want, they got it!
