Dr. Derrow and her staff are the BEST! Super Friendly and caring!
Dr. Caroline Derrow is simply the best pediatric dentist. I would not think of taking my children anywhere else. I feel so lucky to have her in my neighborhood. She is kind, gentle, and trustworthy. She even gives back to the community by treating the underserved and volunteering her time to treat children with cleft palates. I cannot say enough about this doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Derrow. Bravo!
The receptionist at this office was the rudest "professional" I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. She was rude on the phone, and even worse in person. She had us come in from a few towns away, then made us reschedule because we forgot the paperwork they sent us. I offered to just fill out another sheet, it would only take a few minutes as I was filling it out for a 3 year old and he didn't have any special conditions (diabetes, heart disease, etc) to have to explain, or any allergies or anything. It would just take a sec to fill out his name, address and phone number, and sign the bottom. I told her I even understood if they had to wait until the next patient was seen if they somehow called us before I was done. But, she said no. That they had sent me the paperwork and didn't want to waste new sheets for me, so I would have to reschedule. Yes..that rudely. Imagine that said in the meanest way possible, add an extra pinch of crappy, and you have what was said to me by this "professional" woman who is essentially the face for this office. She's the one first timers like me talk to before deciding if they want to bring their children or not, you think she'd be friendlier. We are now taking our business an additional hour and a half away because of our extreme desire to not have to deal with her again. Its a shame, because the dentist herself may be the nicest lady ever, we'll never know.
Best dentist and office staff that I have ever encountered!! We started going to her with my daughter who was frightened to even pull up to a dentist office. After the experience with Dr. Derrow and staff, my daughter now looks forward to her visits to her office and her Orthodontist as well. Dr. Derrow and her staff care about the children and create a welcoming environment that is happy, soothing and life changing for us and I am sure many of her other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Derrow and her staff!
Dumped my nieces and nephew as patients after her practice became bigger. Because of their insurance. She didn't mind what sort of insurance they had until her practice grew. SNOB!! She simply does not care about children only cares about money. I hope karma is a real thing!!!!!!
