Very unprofessional management
My Aunt is in rehab at this facility. She is very pleased with the care, staff, management and facility. She has received excellent physical therapy and occupational therapy. The staff are nice and caring towards her.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We are very pleased.
My aunt said the food is ok and the administrator said they are actively working in their menu, preparation and serving.
Management ( facility administrator and nursing director) regularly makes rounds and checks in with my aunt.
