I recently had an MRI at DeKalb Health and it was a great experience. Everyone treated me like I was their priority and the entire process was very comfortable. This hospital has a great group of caregivers who truly do care! Highly recommend!
High tech, exceptional care combined with caring, compassionate staff close to home. I had both of my kids in the birthing center and was amazed by the care and space. Both of my boys were slightly 'high risk' as they tried to arrive early and the team and care were exceptional!
DeKalb Health is doing great things for the community. As a hospital started by it's community members, it's really amazing to witness everyone working together to come up with solutions all of DeKalb County can benefit from. If you haven't been to DeKalb for services lately, you should check them out.
My only advice and the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because dekalbs birthplace is amazing. They are super helpful and only place worth anything here. Delivered both my babies and everyone was so nice. I had to wait two hours for my 3 year old to be seen at the walk in clinic just to wait 20 min at ER since I got tired of waiting. I love this hospital I really do but some things weigh them down heavily.
I called to ask a simple question and I got a very rude lady. Not appreciated by any means. But other than that, it’s a great place. The staff is typically friendly.
