Nice and clean hotel. Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was we where put on the third floor and they didn't tell us the elevator was out of service. Just a small inconvenience. Will stay again on next trip.
Rooms were clean, relatively spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Had an issue though where there was a mixup in the handling of the reservation, which could have been handled better. They did their best to rectify it, however.
Stayed here for an a ACJA regional conference. Three rooms weren't clean and ready yet even though it was 11 o'clock at night. The elevator doesn't always want to work properly, the guest laundry room on the second floor smells absolutely terrible, there weren't any towels in our room, the back side has no security and a sign that says park at your own risk, and nobody is ever at the front desk at night. And our card was charged at 8am the first day of the conference instead of at the end. And it wasn't even their checkout time! When we asked the manager he said "I ain't giving away free rooms here." The front desk staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Only good thing was one of the housekeepers was very nice in getting us extra towels when we said there weren't any. And she was very quick at changing the bedding and also friendly. But overall I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone ever.
Staff was not very professional, had to wait several minutes at front desk with no one present. I was checked into room before it had been cleaned. Other than that though it was fine. Breakfast was good, rooms were fine, beds were ok.
The place was OK for the price. The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't exactly hot. However, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. I'd stay here again.
