Horrible. This place needs to slow down.
Not cuisine, but good down home cooking. The food is consistent everywhere we've eaten. Service has been good to great across the country.
I guess that's why I got back with my carry out order to find out that my orange cream soda was missing.

It's very pathetic that on a carry out order the receipt, it says verified by, and go figure. It wasn't verified by anyone.
I call and they think putting my name on some imaginary list for a free meal cuts it, sounds like I'm just another guest they don't care about.
You lost a weekly customer or over stupidity.
This store was not busy when we arrived but we waited 45 minutes for our meals to be delivered. We were not offered refills on our drinks until we were finished with dinner, the steamed broccoli was was crunchy and never got jelly or apple butter we asked for. Usually service here is prompt and the food is good so the quality of this visit was unexpected.
Let's not mention every time you go in there to pick up a carry out you end up waiting 15 minutes in there front room, when your already 2 minutes late, just to get cold food.
The place is very clean. I wasn't greeted until 11 mins and the waitress forgot creamer for my coffee. Yet she was very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a special meal, with healthy substitutions, that wasn't on the menu and it came out 46 minutes later. My meal was made accurately. The temperature of my food was just right and the arrangement was not sloppy. My coffee was fresh and the water doesn't taste bad. The atmosphere is very calming here. I sat in a private place next to a group of 13 who were taken care of very well. The only downfall apart from the lack of creamer was my wait time, i was looking to be out within 30 mins and it ended up being a few minutes shy of
This cracker barrel is the worst I have been to. And I have decided to no longer do business with them.
Pretty sad I would come in every Saturday on my lunch break to end up wasting my whole break waiting for someone to bring my my carry out order to the front counter, then I have to slam the meal in my car on the way back to work. Way to consider only your time.
You know what you're getting and it's good.
It was very good and the service was pretty good the only thing was the amount of food may have been a bit much per person but it was all delicious.
