Really had an awful experience here. Was told our unit was auctioned and everything was gone. The next day I am told there were some things in the unit but not everything. Got to the unit and everything of value was gone through by the "company" they hired. It was gone and picked over by his family. Stuff taken was ornaments with my deceased sisters face on them. Things that meant nothing to them but were for my niece, nephew and son. His deceased fathers belongings were in there also. His dad's Christmas stocking he looked forward to using every year. When asked about a number to contact the people that have our things I was told there isn't one and his children sell it on Facebook or usually burn it. Which was another lie because what was left in the unit was what they would have burned. I asked for a copy of my lease agreement I was given one and told "this isn't it but it's something like this." When asked why we were told it was sold by his wife the one day and then the next day we were told there were some things in it but not all your things. His response "well whatever my wife said." When asked if this is how he deals with all his units his response was not always but this was "implied." When asked why they couldn't let us know that it was to the point that things needed out or else. He said he didn't always let people know. Just very dissapointing experience with people that I wouldn't trust your valuables with. When asked why what was sold couldn't be taken off our bill it goes back to more then likely it was burned. Which tools, ladders, coordinating and matching sets of home decorative items, my son's dad's baseball cards. I am sure weren't burned. Then on top of retrieving what was left, we paid what we owed. His response to that was he pays his kids and they do what they want "burn it usually." The things they retrieved meant more to my 14 year old son, 14 year old niece and 17 year old nephew then they will ever know. Those items were for them. Just a renter beware when deciding to trust your things with this company.
