The soccer club my son plays for buys alot of fan wear from Big Red. Not quite a year ago I bought a sweatshirt with a logo screen printed on. By this fall it had lost about 2/3 of its color. I called Big Red they said to bring it by and I did. They decided that it wasn't due to excessive wear and offered to give me a new one. I requested that the logo be embroidered if possible and I'd pay the difference. After a couple weeks it was done and my wife went in to get it. They did embroider it(and it looks fantastic!) and I asked my wife how much it was. They didn't charge a dime. Thats what I call customer service! They took great care of me and I'm happy to spread the word to anyone and everyone!
