The customer service was good while we were spending money in the store. We purchased three phones with accessories, including "lifetime" replacement screen protectors. We were told we could come in any time and get a new protector. A year later we are told we have to contact a website where they require multiple email communications and hoops to get a replacement protector and then we have to pay to have them sent back!

Beware of ongoing service or warranty that you may depend on this store to honor. The manager, Matt, didn't really seem to care. He already had our $60 for three $1 a pack protectors.
