Took two long haired dogs in for a trim and they ruined them. The only tool they use is a shaver. Both dogs came back nearly bald up the sides and a trim guard 2 or 3 on the back and it was not blended at all between the two. Take your animals ANYWHERE else and you will get a better job.
The lady that grooms my cat does a wonderful job. Chloe has really long and thick hair, and the pet groomer always makes Chloe look so pretty. I would recommend.
